Directions:-

A30 to the St Ives roundabout. Turn off onto A3074 signposted St Ives.

2 mini roundabouts.

At the first mini-roundabout go straight across, at the second mini-roundabout take 1st exit left.

Continue up hill.

After approx 1 mile you will see a pub on the right called the Tyringham Arms. Turn right a quarter of a mile after this.

Turn right signposted CARBIS BAY.

Continue up the hill and on the right hand side at the brow of the hill you will see BEERSHEBA granite sign. The turn on the right is just before the sign.

Take this turn and follow the lane which then veers to the right. You will see two fields with post and rail fencing on either side. Carry on up the drive and the second drive way on the right is ours. Head towards the stables and park on the left.
